    The setting was favourable, very close to other restaurants and food outlets and the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Tomb of Akbar the great, Panch Mahal, stone carving facility and a hand made rug facility. We had lunch in Pubzee Lounge, located nearby...

    Unique and fairly clean place to stay in, it has efficient and competent staff at the reception desk. Hotel's breakfast is savoury with Indian dishes and eggs cooked to order and omelettes. Would consider staying here again if we go to Agra.

    The view from the top floor Taj View room was spectacular, worth the additional money to have that once in a life time experience!. The staff at reception, on duty manager and housekeeping were so welcoming and obliging, the service was second to none. They made our holiday an incredible experience.

    great accessibility to nearby landmarks and parks

    I really enjoyed my stay as it was close to the Taj Mahal and Mehtab Bagh. The staff even went out of their way to upgrade my room and make our anniversary special with thoughtful touches.

    Amazing place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, fitness center, and a lovely restaurant. The staff once helped me find parking, which I appreciated. I'm excited to return for another stay soon!

    Charming, Inviting, Really good

    The views from my room were amazing, with the majestic Taj Mahal visible right from my window. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of fresh and flavorful dishes. Plus, the staff provided such attentive service that I seemed like a VIP throughout my stay!

    The Gateway is over looking Taj Mahal which makes it special and picturesque. Unfortunately the thick pollution and fog prevent a clear view. The hotel is comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is not a super luxury yet appropriate for someone visiting Agra. I think 1 or 2 nights are enough.

    Need to improve coffee, breakfast quality and varieties.

    The rooms are spacious with beautiful views. The rooftop bar offers a fine sight of the Taj Mahal. The breakfast spread is good, with fresh dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience overall 🌟

    Classic, up scale hotel and an oasis from touring

    Only thing was our room faced the street and was VERY loud and noisy with music from festivals and weddings until 0130 in the morning. Management is aware and has plans to up grade the windows to double pane but in the meantime ask for a room at the back
